In the Sinis plain in Sardinia there is a pond surrounded by numerous Nuraghes arranged in two circles around the buried ruins of an ancient settlement: Bidda Majore. Near the Gulf of Oristano and the Phoenician city of Tharros, they could be the remains of the ancient Atlantis or of an important city of that kingdom.
